The rules of engagement at our casino hotel
Welcome to Stazuro Casino Hotel. These Terms and Conditions govern your booking and stay at our casino hotel and your use of all facilities and services provided by Stazuro Casino Hotel. By making a reservation, entering our premises, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Stazuro Casino Hotel reserves the right to amend these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website and at the reception desk of our casino hotel.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
A booking is confirmed when we issue a confirmation number or email. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking. A pre-authorization or deposit may be required depending on the rate plan and length of stay.
While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate special requests such as specific room locations, connecting rooms, or bed preferences, we cannot guarantee that these requests will be met.
Rates quoted at the time of booking are subject to change if you make any modifications to your reservation. Special promotional rates may have specific terms and conditions that differ from our standard policies.
Reservations for 5 rooms or more are considered group bookings and are subject to separate terms and conditions. Please contact our sales department for group rates and policies.
Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM. Early check-in may be available based on room availability and may incur an additional fee.
All guests must present a valid government-issued photo identification and a credit card at check-in. For international guests, a valid passport is required.
Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check in to the Hotel. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to enter the Casino area.
Standard check-out time is 12:00 PM. Late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability, and may incur an additional fee.
If you do not check out by the designated time and have not arranged for a late check-out, an additional night's stay may be charged to your account.
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Diners Club. Cash and bank transfers are also accepted under certain conditions.
Upon check-in, your credit card will be pre-authorized for the total room charges plus an additional amount for incidentals. This pre-authorization will be released upon check-out, subject to your bank's policies.
Room rates are quoted per room per night and are subject to applicable taxes and service charges. Additional guests beyond the standard occupancy may incur extra charges.
You are responsible for all charges incurred during your stay, including room service, minibar, spa treatments, dining, and other incidental charges.
You will be held responsible for any damage to Hotel property caused by you or your guests. The cost of repairs or replacement will be charged to your account.
Our cancellation policy varies depending on the rate plan, season, and type of accommodation. Please refer to your booking confirmation for the specific cancellation policy that applies to your reservation.

The minimum age for entering the Casino area and participating in any gaming activity is 21 years. Valid identification is required and will be checked upon entry.

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb the comfort and safety of other guests or staff. Excessive noise, offensive behavior, or any illegal activity will not be tolerated.
Stazuro Casino Hotel is primarily a non-smoking establishment. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. A cleaning fee will be assessed for smoking in non-designated areas.
With the exception of service animals, pets are not permitted in the Hotel without prior written approval. Additional cleaning fees may apply for approved pets.
Children are welcome in the Hotel areas but are not permitted in the Casino. Parents or guardians are responsible for the supervision of children at all times.
The Hotel reserves the right to refuse service or accommodation to any person who, in the opinion of the Hotel management, is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who is incapable of taking care of themselves.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stazuro Casino Hotel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
The Hotel is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage to any personal property brought onto the premises, including in guest rooms, public areas, or vehicles parked on Hotel property. Safe deposit boxes are available at the front desk for valuable items.
Guests use the Hotel's facilities, including the swimming pool, spa, fitness center, and Casino, at their own risk. The Hotel is not liable for any injuries sustained during the use of these facilities.
The Hotel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.
Stazuro Casino Hotel is committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information. Our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions.

Your continued use of our services after any changes to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Monaco. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Monaco.
By making a reservation at Stazuro Casino Hotel, you agree to abide by all applicable local laws and regulations, including those related to gaming and alcohol consumption.
